Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 March 2026

1. Introduction

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rekeel platform and services ("Services") provided by Rekeel ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Rekeel provides managed AI employees for small businesses. Our Services include:

  • Configuration and deployment of AI agents that perform business tasks on your behalf (e.g. email management, lead response, invoice follow-up, social media posting).
  • A dedicated, isolated server environment for your AI workforce.
  • Integration with third-party tools and platforms you authorise (e.g. Gmail, Google Calendar, Xero, WhatsApp, Instagram).
  • A messaging-based management interface (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or similar).

3. Account registration

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@rekeel.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Free trial

We may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to the Services at no charge. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will notify you before any charges are applied.

5. Pricing and payment

Subscription fees are as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to the Services until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel during a free trial, no charges will be applied.

7. Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate through the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to access, process, and store Your Data solely to provide the Services.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect third-party accounts and share data with our AI employees.
  • Reviewing and approving actions taken by your AI employees, particularly during the initial onboarding period.
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Services, including data protection, anti-spam, and marketing laws.
  • Not using the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

8. AI agent actions and approvals

Our AI employees act on your behalf based on the instructions and permissions you provide. By default, actions require your approval before being executed (human-in-the-loop). You may choose to enable automatic execution for certain tasks.

You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and actions, and we are not liable for any consequences of actions you approve or automate.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the Services but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, which we will communicate in advance where possible.

We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary unavailability of the Services, including due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual property

The Rekeel platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as described.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Services may be used by us without obligation to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekeel's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that is harmful to us, other customers, or third parties. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted from your dedicated server within 30 days, in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
