What are AI provider costs?
Your AI employees use a third-party AI model (like OpenAI) under the hood. You'll need an API key — we help you set it up. Typical cost is £20–40/month depending on usage. This is separate from your Rekeel subscription.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens after I cancel?
Your AI employees stop working at the end of your billing period. We keep your data and configuration for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete everything from your server.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you the equivalent of 2 months. Starter drops to £124/month and Growth to £249/month, billed annually.
Is there a setup fee?
